OutagePlanner

OutagePlanner is a single-page web application that connects unions to industrial plants in the Midwest for more efficient work scheduling and safety practices.

It has a REST API with a PostgreSQL database, built on Node/Express with an Angular front-end.

It’s made a tangible impact in the industry it’s in, with more than 16 organizations using it to tackle the U.S.’s shortage of specialized craft labor.

In December 2017, it was featured by a leading industry journal.
